Services
HIRIX provides professional recruitment, headhunting, and staffing services. Scope of services will be defined in the client agreement/contract.
Obligations of Clients
- Provide accurate job descriptions and timely feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality of shared candidate profiles.
Obligations of Candidates
- Provide truthful and accurate information in CVs and applications.
- Attend interviews in good faith.
Limitations
HIRIX acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between clients and candidates once hiring is completed.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, logo, graphics) belongs to HIRIX and cannot be reused without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to further jurisdiction.
3. Refund Policy
For Clients
- Recruitment fees are non-refundable once a candidate has joined unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.
- Replacement guarantees (if applicable) will be mentioned in the client contract.
For Candidates
- Candidates are not charged for job applications.
- If any training, assessment, or service fee is collected (in special cases), refunds will follow the specific service agreement.
General
- Refund requests must be made in writing to info@hirix.co.in within 7 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
